About Ryan

Ryan graduated from the Masters of Physiotherapy program at UniSA in 2016, after completing his Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) in 2012. After graduating in 2012, Ryan moved to Canberra and undertook a traineeship in the Physiology department at the Australian Institute of Sport, where he worked with athletes from a wide variety of sports. Ryan stayed on for one more year and completed his honours degree working with the Basketball Australia High Performance Program, as well as working part time at the ACT Academy of Sport within the high-performance department.

Ryan has a passion for treating gym and exercise related shoulder pain, pre and post-surgical shoulder rehabilitation, as well as powerlifting and Olympic lifting related injuries. He specialises in end-stage rehabilitation to get you back performing pain free and to your maximum potential. His previous experience working with elite level athletes has given him a great grasp of what is needed to return to sport at the highest level.

Additionally, Ryan has also completed his level 1 ASCA Strength and Conditioning certification and an Australian Weightlifting Federation Sports Power Level 1 accreditation.
