About Phebe

Phebe studied a bachelor of Physiotherapy with honours at UniSA prior to working with the Physio Fit team.

Grew up in Far Western New South Wales (Broken Hill) before moving to Adelaide to study and practise Physiotherapy. Phebe has always had a strong interest in health and fitness throughout her life, playing netball throughout high school and gained a love for running in her teen years.

Phebe is passionate about musculoskeletal health and the human body, and is motivated to continue to learn in order to provide the best health outcomes for her patients. Phebe has a major interest in holistic health and intends to expand into women’s health in the future.

Phebe strongly believes Physio should be unique to each person, their own goals and activities, and give people the tools to get back to what they love doing, pain free.

Phebe has spent 4 years working with amateur football teams within SA, and has also worked for Netball and Premier soccer clubs.

Outside of the clinic, Phebe enjoys strength and conditioning training, a beach run, a coffee with mates and travelling back to the country to visit friends and family.

We are open! We have escalated our already stringent hygiene routines and are still here to support you. Whilst social distancing is important your pain and comfort is also our priority, which is why the Australia Government considers allied health an ‘essential’ service.

It is important that we help support the load of our amazing local GP’s during these testing times.

Should you be forced to self-isolate, or are in a high risk category, please call to discuss a video consultation -
