Emily has recently completed her Masters in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia after graduating from Physiotherapy in 2013 and Human Movement (Exercise and Sport Science) in 2011.
Emily has a number of years of experience working in private practice with a wide variety of patients and has developed a special interest in exercise and sport physiotherapy including the management of post-operative rehabilitation, adolescents, biomechanics and lower body injuries.
She has worked with a number of elite, semi-elite and amateur athletes and sporting teams including working with National Premier League soccer clubs for over 4 years as well as being a physiotherapist at the 2016 A-League Grand Final. She has also spent a few years travelling and working at the Australian Institute of Sport with the South Australian state volleyball teams as well as working closely with a local football club.
She is experienced in a wide range of treatment options including dry needling, massage and exercise prescription and can tailor the appropriate treatment to manage any patient presentation and help you get back to doing what you love.
Emily loves to make the most of her spare time and will be found at F45 or yoga or finding a new place to eat!
