About Caitlin
Caitlin completed her studies here in Adelaide at the University of South Australia, finishing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) in 2015 before completing a Post-Graduate Masters degree in Physiotherapy.

During university Caitlin enjoyed attending outdoor bootcamps and group fitness, as well as her own gym work. However after stumbling across the CrossFit games footage in 2014, Caitlin started CrossFit in February 2015 and hasn’t looked back! The well-rounded, ready for anything approach of Crossfit has inspired her as an individual but also influenced her style as a Physiotherapist.

Caitlin also enjoys running, yoga and pilates. Exposure to an array of movement disciplines has and will continue to help shape Caitlin as a Physiotherapist to be best prepared to help solve any pain, injuries or movement problems.

We are open! We have escalated our already stringent hygiene routines and are still here to support you. Whilst social distancing is important your pain and comfort is also our priority, which is why the Australia Government considers allied health an ‘essential’ service.

It is important that we help support the load of our amazing local GP’s during these testing times.
